- Have your chocolate, but don't eat a 100g bar at once!

- Reduce stress . Cortisol released during stress accumulates predominantly as belly fat and increases blood pressure
- Stop complaining and change what makes you unhappy or even sick. You are the boss!
- Avoid strife and negative people - your life is too precious to waste it dealing with "energy vampires"!
- Meditate. This will lower your cortisol level and blood pressure
- Be an advocate for good manners and always take the time to say "thank you" and "you're welcome"
- Be respectful
- Walk barefoot on the grass and earth yourself. Feel the energy of mother earth.
- Socialize with your friends regularly
- Try to find something exciting (a new hobby, travelling) and feed your brain something new
- Make a list of people and things you are grateful for
